Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scan all loan files into computer system on a daily basis.
• Manage escrow files and disclosures. Monitor and disburse escrowed Tax and PDI transactions as scheduled.
• Backup for inputting new loans, loan payments, loan advances, loan maintenance, etc.
• Backup for preparing loan documents for commercial and ag loan requests.
• Backup the DFS participation process from start to finish ensuring new volume is booked accurately & in a timely manner.
• Check back the accuracy of new loans, maintenance, payments, and advances.
• Accountable for compliance training and complying with regulations.
• Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.
