Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers in originating, processing, signing and booking of loans.
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation for all loans.
• Pull credit reports, loan worksheets and check sheets.
• Maintain files with financial statements, tax statements and insurance proofs to keep them current.
• Assist in processing release of liens for various loan types.
• Prepare outgoing wire documents and cashier's checks as needed by customers.
