Qualifications

• Understanding of the commercial loan process across stages.
• Familiarity with banking concepts, lending practices and regs.
• Proficiency with PC tools: word processing, spreadsheets and banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Front-end administrative support to loan officers and lenders.
• Gather borrower documents and prepare loan files.
• Check compliance and communicate with clients.
• Assist in loan underwriting and data gathering as requested.
• Ensure loan documents are accurate before closing.
• Assist in booking loans and scanning documents into digital files.
• Support loan officers in portfolio management and documentation.
