F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Representative to prepare closing and modification documents for complex commercial transactions.

The role requires collaboration with Relationship Managers to align loan structure with policy and regulatory guidelines. The position handles closing for loans, including non-standard covenants and specialty collateral, and supports documentation for Tax Anticipation Loans, SWAPs, LOCs and SBA programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial loan documentation or related field.
• Special skills: N/A.

Responsibilities

• Prepares closing Documentation for Commercial Loan requests.
• Prepares modifications for all types of Loan Modifications including those loans documented by outside counsel.
• Prepares closing documents for loans with non-standard covenants or altered/omitted standard language, including specialty collateral.
• Prepares Commitment Letters and Closing Documents for Tax Anticipation Loans, SWAPs, Letters of Credit and SBA Loans (7A and Express).
• Consults with Relationship Managers on loan structure and documentation requirements; assists less experienced staff with questions.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• All employees are responsible for risk management per the bank's risk management program and regulatory compliance.
