Job summary

Sun Loan Company is seeking a Loan Specialist to support the branch manager in maintaining a profitable and well‑managed office. You will ensure efficient administration and compliance in loan processing, accurately processing applications, and assembling and verifying documents.

You will also handle collection calls, promote ancillary products, and help grow loan accounts while maintaining all loan records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive sales techniques; build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and growth.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux and common office software; troubleshoot software issues.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding payment arrangements, extensions, and modifications.
• Oversee office operations in the manager's absence.
• Close loans by ensuring all requirements are explained and documents are accurate.
• Make collection calls on overdue accounts and locate past-due customers.
• Enter payments into loan management software and maintain notes.
