Job summary

AgSouth Farm Credit is seeking a Loan Processing Coordinator to join our team. The role involves preparing loan documents, disclosures, and closing papers, coordinating with third parties, and supporting the loan closing process in collaboration with the loan officer.

You will also provide customer service support, ensure accurate daily accounting activities, and assist with routine branch operations. The position may be located in Rural Hall, NC, Pilot Mountain, NC, or Laurens, SC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communication with team and branch contacts.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn and apply new procedures.
• Completes routine tasks accurately and timely.
• Strong computer/technical skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and follow-up.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify loan documents, commitment letters, disclosures, and closing papers.
• Coordinate with attorneys, appraisers, and insurers during loan closings.
• Provide loan processing and customer service support at the branch location.
• Maintain daily accounting activities and system updates for customer/loan info.
