Job summary

AgSouth is seeking a Loan Post Closing Coordinator to join our Farm Credit family. This role delivers outstanding service by facilitating and processing post loan closing activities, ensuring compliant documentation, and supporting the branch with loan processing.

You will review loans in the origination system, verify documents, assist with administrative duties, and maintain internal controls. A High School diploma and 1–3 years’ related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Experience in loan processing or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post-Close Loan Processing Support: review and verify loans for errors and discrepancies and ensure documents are received and stored properly.
• Customer Service: provide prompt, courteous service and handle basic policy information and daily account activities.
• Administrative Support: assist branch operations, maintain internal controls, and collaborate with team members.
