Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan docs (or comparable experience).
• Strong interpersonal‑communication and business‑relationship skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow‑through skills.
• Excellent analytical, written communication and verbal communication skills.
• Technologically proficient
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manages all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings on behalf and as directed by manager.
• The duties for the Assistant include, but are not limited to, those described below
• Have a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing
• Assigns loan files
• Maintains document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directed
• Splits and stacks loan docs
• Provides overflow doc drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor
• Departmental filing
• Performs variety of PTF functions including but not limited to VOE, VOM, VOD
• Other duties as assigned
