Qualifications

• Mortgage origination experience required, with a solid book of business.
• Knowledge of VA, FHA and conventional loan programs.
• Ability to review credit reports and assess borrower risk.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of working from home with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Originate high quality loans meeting FCMC guidelines.
• Develop relationships with local real estate agents and builders.
• Manage territory and train employees on mortgage basics.
• Take customer loan applications, including pulling credit.
• Conduct presentations including first-time home buyer seminars.
• Communicate with borrowers and real estate agents throughout the loan process.
• Travel as needed to meet business needs.
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties as assigned.
