Fhnb in Benton, AR is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to originate high quality loans and develop relationships with local Real Estate agents and builders. You will manage the territory and train staff on mortgage basics, while coordinating with banks and partners to ensure timely closings.

The role requires knowledge of VA, FHA and conventional programs, strong communication, organization, and the ability to work from a home office with limited supervision. Travel is expected.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years of in-person mortgage origination experience with a solid book of business.
• Experience in a commission-based origination role.
• Knowledge of VA, FHA and conventional mortgage loan programs.
• Experience with Ellie Mae mortgage origination and processing software.
• Self-motivation and able to work from a home office with limited supervision.
• Ability to review credit reports and assess creditworthiness.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, plus good communication.
• Must pass background investigation and work well in a team.

• May serve as office manager and handle general clerical duties as needed.
