Job summary

Everwise Credit Union seeks an Application Systems Analyst to configure, customize, and optimize loan application systems. You will work with the Lending team, business analysts, and developers to document requirements and align systems with operational needs.

The role focuses on improving efficiency, user experience, and regulatory compliance while supporting testing, training, and data integrity across the loan origination stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting applications or technology solutions in financial services, credit union, or banking.
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems or loan application platforms and enterprise system implementations.
• Experience with BPM solutions and working in Agile teams.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for Loan Application Systems.
• Develop understanding of lending processes to identify system enhancements improving efficiency and compliance.
• Configure and customize Loan Application Systems to support business needs.
• Coordinate deployments of configurations and enhancements to production.
• Assist with test planning and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Serve as main contact for system inquiries and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and data quality; provide ongoing training and documentation.
