Job summary

Everwise Credit Union is seeking an Application Systems Analyst to configure and optimize loan application systems and support lending workflows. You will work with the Lending Department Owners and Application Analysts to ensure systems align with operational goals.

You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and contribute to system enhancements, testing, and training to improve efficiency and member service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years' experience supporting loan applications or lending tech.
• Experience with LOS/Loan Application Systems and BPM.
• Experience in Agile environments and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manager, Application Systems to support loan origination systems.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Loan Application Systems.
• Configure and customize Loan Application Systems to meet business needs.
• Develop and execute test plans and coordinate UAT for system changes.
