Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.

• Knowledge of general banking policies and procedures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers in loan origination and servicing tasks.
• Obtain information for the loan origination process (credit reports, appraisals, title reports, insurance, flood certificates, etc.).
• Answer loan customer inquiries regarding payoffs, ownership changes, modifications, beneficiaries and other details.
• Prepare disbursement worksheets and loan documentation checklists; document credit files.
• Scan loan documentation and customer information into the core system; ensure liens and titles are filed timely to protect collateral.
• Support loan-related compliance, including HMDA and CRA.
