Job summary

Hawthorn River, a CSI company, is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist II to guide loan origination software implementations for financial institutions from discovery to go-live and post-launch support.

This role emphasizes project leadership, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or client success within fintech, banking, or software implementation.
• Experience with loan origination processes, lending workflows, or financial institution operations.
• Experience implementing SaaS, banking technology, or customer-facing financial software solutions.
• Strong ability to manage multiple moving pieces and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from kickoff through go-live with milestones and resources.
• Gather requirements, confirm configuration needs, and map workflows for the loan origination platform.
• Define scope, timelines, tasks, and status updates with stakeholders.
• Create schedules and keep projects organized and on track.
• Coordinate data gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live prep.
• Lead customer testing, validate functionality, and support adoption.
• Deliver training and hands-on support through go-live and post-launch.
• Communicate progress, risks, and resolutions across teams and customers.
• Stay current on product enhancements and LO platform best practices.
