LS2 Partners seeks a Loan IQ Subject Matter Expert to provide deep functional and technical expertise on the Loan IQ platform in support of lending operations and technology programs in New York. The role involves analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and guiding implementation, configuration, and testing efforts.

You will collaborate with technology, operations, credit, and front-office teams to optimize workflows, ensure data integrity, and maintain regulatory compliance within Loan IQ.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to explain Loan IQ concepts to stakeholders.
• Customer service focus supporting internal users and resolving issues.
• Understanding of underwriting and credit risk to align configurations with policies.
• Finance and loans expertise across syndicated loans and facilities.
• Hands-on Loan IQ SME experience including configuration and data mapping.
• Proven lending technology project experience and large-scale platform changes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide deep functional and technical expertise on the Loan IQ platform to support lending operations and technology initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions within Loan IQ.
• Support implementation, configuration and testing activities.
• Partner with technology, operations, credit, and front-office teams to optimize workflows.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the system.
• Document processes, deliver user training, and contribute to project plans and migration strategies.
• Identify system improvements and coordinate with internal and external teams to drive enhancements.
