Job summary

Bank of Prairie du Sac seeks a skilled Loan Operations Supervisor to lead a detail‑oriented team, coordinating loan processing and servicing activities while actively supporting and improving processes. The role requires hands‑on leadership and strong collaboration within Loan Operations.

The ideal candidate will have solid computer skills (Excel, Word) and experience with loan origination and core banking software, including MortgageBot, LaserPro and Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Hands-on leader who coordinates loan processing and servicing activities.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
• Experience using loan origination and core banking software and servicing loan accounts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan processing and servicing activities for the loan portfolio.
• Serve as a key resource for loan systems, including updates, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Lead and support system updates and process improvements within a collaborative Loan Operations team.

Bank of Prairie du Sac is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Loan Operations Supervisor. Our ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who works alongside the team while coordinating loan processing and servicing activities.

The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications, along with experience using loan origination and core banking software and servicing loan accounts. This position will serve as a key resource for loan systems, including MortgageBot, LaserPro and Phoenix, and will assist with system updates, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.

We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and a willingness to take ownership of projects and challenges. The ideal candidate will enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies while supporting and developing a collaborative Loan Operations team.
