Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.

• Track, monitor and review employee performance; conduct evaluations and provide feedback.
• Review schedules, approve PTO requests and payroll hours.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic retail banking initiatives.
• Evaluate and monitor bank products and services to grow core deposits.
• Review opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
• Review and resolve audit and exam findings.
• Process wire transfer requests.
• Assist customers with consumer loan requests.
• Utilize market insights and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and streamline operations.
• Ensure written policies/procedures are followed and back-up support is developed for major functions.
• Monitor retail operations to maximize department efficiency.
• Follow up on escalated customer concerns to protect relationships.
• Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and customer-centricity.
• Become a security contact – alarms, cameras.
• Assist with ordering foreign currency and gift cards.
