Bank of Prairie du Sac is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Loan Operations Supervisor. Our ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who works alongside the team while coordinating loan processing and servicing activities.

The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications, along with experience using loan origination and core banking software and servicing loan accounts. This position will serve as a key resource for loan systems, including MortgageBot, LaserPro and Phoenix, and will assist with system updates, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.

We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and a willingness to take ownership of projects and challenges. The ideal candidate will enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies while supporting and developing a collaborative Loan Operations team.
