Responsabilités

• Oversee branch operations and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Lead, mentor, and coach tellers, personal bankers, and reception staff on service, sales, and development.
• Track and review employee performance; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Review schedules; approve PTO and payroll hours.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive retail banking initiatives.
• Evaluate and monitor bank products and services to grow core deposits and deepen relationships.
• Review opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Review and address audit findings and assist with compliance.
• Process wire transfers and assist customers with loan requests.
• Leverage market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations.
• Ensure policies are followed and back-up support exists for major functions.
• Monitor operations to maximize efficiency and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and customer-centric service.
• Serve as security contact for alarms and cameras; manage currency and gift card duties.
• Be a point of contact for customers and committees; support special projects.

About the Role:

As a key member of our leadership pipeline, you will:

1. Oversee branch operations and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
2. Lead, mentor, and coach employees (tellers, personal bankers, reception) on service expectations, sales conversations, operational accuracy, and professional development.
3. Track, monitor and review employee performance. Complete performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
4. Review schedules, approve PTO requests and approve payroll hours.
5. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives for retail banking.

1. Evaluate and monitor current and potential bank products and services to enhance customer relationships and grow core deposits.
2. Review opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
3. Review and resolve audit and exam findings.
4. Process wire transfer requests.
5. Assist customers with consumer loan requests.
6. Utilize market insights and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and streamline operations.

1. Ensure that written policies and procedures are being followed and that back-up support is developed for all major functions.
2. Monitor retail operations to maximize efficiency within the department.
3. Follow up on escalated customer concerns and help resolve issues in a way that protects both the customer relationship and the bank.
4. Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and customer-centricity.
5. Become a security contact - alarms, cameras.
6. Assist with ordering foreign currency and gift cards.
7. Become a point of contact for customers, calling officer as needed.
8. Serve on various committees.
9. Other duties as assigned.
