Job summary

The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Operations Associate to support residential and consumer loan operations and investor reporting in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities include preparing and booking loans, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and providing customer service to internal and external partners while maintaining strict privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of loan systems and investor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of residential and consumer loan operations.
• Prepare and book new loans, mortgages, and consumer loans; process payments and escrows.
• Perform investor reporting, reconciliations, and data integrity checks.
• Maintain compliance with State, Federal, and investor guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
• Train team members on loan systems and processing procedures.
