Job summary

Peoples Bank in Marietta, OH is seeking a Loan Operations Associate to book, fund and service indirect loans while delivering extraordinary customer service to internal and external clients.

You will reconcile loans, track document exceptions, input service requests in Salesforce, and help maintain written procedures as part of a collaborative Loan Operations team. Normal hours are Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• One year of banking experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Book, check back, reconcile and fund indirect loans.
• Track indirect loan document exceptions.
• Balance loans to general ledger and internal accounts daily.
• Answer calls and research questions from internal and external customers.
• Add and check back automatic transfers to the core system.
• Complete service requests input through Salesforce.
• Develop and update written procedures when necessary.
• Cross-train with other positions within the Loan Operations department.
• Will complete special projects as assigned.
