Job summary

BEPC Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support loan documentation preparation, boarding, data entry, insurance verification, and both closing and funding activities.

This role requires attention to detail and accuracy, with interaction across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Finance teams. The position is W2, 12-month contract with potential extensions, and offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; 3 years is acceptable.
• Detail-oriented with strong thoroughness and accuracy.
• Experience with commercial real estate or construction loans.
• Open to learning and performing data-entry-related tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of loan documentation.
• Board loans and perform data entry into loan systems.
• Perform insurance verification.
• Coordinate with borrowers, borrower’s counsel, counsel, Commercial Loan Officers, and Operations to execute the closing and funding of loans.
• Update Risk Ratings and FRB flags within the loan system.
• Carry out responsibilities associated with the construction desk.
• Review work conducted by third-party construction monitors, contractors, and title agents.
• Monitor and report on service levels.
• Execute the balancing, draw, and disbursement processes associated with construction loans and revolving lines of credit
