Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lending Operations Specialist in Plano, TX. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing commercial loan documents, data entry, and coordinating with borrowers, legal counsel, and internal teams to close and fund loans.

The ideal candidate will have a accounting/finance background, 1–3+ years of experience, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. This onsite position requires approximately four days in the office and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent college education is required.
• 1–3+ years of relevant professional experience; more experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review, and processing of commercial loan documentation.
• Assist with loan boarding, system updates, and data entry into lending platforms.
• Coordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, loan officers, and other teams to support closings and funding.
• Verify insurance requirements and ensure documentation is received and maintained.
• Assist with updating loan risk ratings and system flags.
• Support construction lending activities and review related reports and documents.
• Assist with review and processing of construction loan draws and disbursements.
• Monitor service levels and follow up with internal and external parties to keep transactions moving.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with procedures.
• Take on additional operational and administrative responsibilities as needed.
