Job summary

Qualifications

• Commercial lending experience – captive finance lending or dealership (nice to have).

• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, Finance, etc.).
• 3 years of experience is acceptable.
• College degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan documentation preparation, boarding loans, and data entry into loan systems.
• Insurance verification and coordination of borrower, counsel, loan officers, and operations to close and fund loans and update risk ratings and FRB flags.
• Oversee the construction desk: review third-party monitors, contractors, title agents, and manage draw/disbursement for construction loans and revolving lines.
