Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Associate Loan Specialist to support loan processing activities, collaborate with the Loan Processing Manager, Underwriter, Closer and Lenders, and ensure compliance with bank policies and investor guidelines.

The role requires strong teamwork, customer service, and confidentiality, with the ability to handle documentation, disclosures, and closing-related tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos and letters.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Basic math skills and ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
• Strong computer skills; comfortable with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Attend work on site regularly.
• Support lenders with documentation for income, employment, assets.
• Check loan files for accuracy and completeness.
• Distribute disclosures and booklets within regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with income calculations as needed.
• Prepare closing packages and related documents.
