Job summary

First Capital Federal Credit Union invites applications for a full-time Loan Services Administrator at our Headquarters in York, PA. You will support the Consumer Lending Department with loan maintenance, servicing, data integrity, and reporting while interacting with staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• Two years prior experience in a financial institution with understanding of loan products.
• High School Diploma and related experience required. College Degree preferred.
• Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and with all levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate loan and collection data and follow policies/procedures.
• Perform loan servicing, quality reviews, audits, research, and corrections.
• Collect supporting documentation and manage collateral protection and related products.
• Prepare department reports and respond to lending questions from members, employees, and partners.
• Handle filing, scanning, and other clerical duties.
