Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor requirements not specified; up to 3 years Lending Assistant or Loan Processor experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and bank-specific systems (e.g., nCino).

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison and primary contact with customers/stakeholders from approval to deal closing.
• Manage deal flow pipeline with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders for timely closings.
• Coordinate and review closing documentation with counsel or internal prep for due diligence and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with execution and process flow of transactions, escalating issues and designing risk controls.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure proper booking, reconciliations, and cash positions.
• Ensure initial loan funding and ongoing life-of-loan activity is processed and booked.
• Review loan documents for closing and communicate issues to lenders.
