Responsibilities

• Coordinate closing logistics, required documentation, KYC information, wire instructions and internal approvals.
• Prepare and/or review cash transfers, funding wires and investment allocations across client accounts.
• Maintain organized closing files and complete post-closing follow-up with deal teams, counsel, agents and administrators.
• Monitor loan activity, amendments, repayments and related portfolio data; support data reconciliations and reporting.
• Track borrower and portfolio company reporting requirements and maintain documentation and databases.
