Job summary

Evermorebankfl in Fort Lauderdale seeks an on-site Loan Operations Assistant to support the Senior Manager of the Loan Operations Department. You will help manage loan documents, track insurance, and ensure timely processing.

Responsibilities include creating ticklers in FiServ, monitoring policies, entering expired insurance, coordinating closing actions with agents, updating treasury and prime rates, reconciling ledgers, and assisting with loan payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 2 years in loan operations.
• Proficient with FiServ and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create Ticklers in FiServ or other systems for loan tracking.
• Monitor insurance policies and ensure timely renewals.
• Enter expired insurance policies into Miniter system.
• Follow up with closing agents/attorneys for loan docs.
• Image loan packages into Director Unity.
• Update treasury rates weekly and Prime rate as needed.
• Verify general ledgers balance and review daily reports.
• Collaborate with lenders to close new loans and prepare docs.
• Process loan payments and participation remittance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
