City National Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist 1 in Cross Lanes, WV. The role is hourly, full-time, and supports loan processing, maintenance, and transactional activities within a controlled environment.

The position requires a high school diploma and 6–12 months of general banking experience, with the ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Accommodations can be made per policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 - 12 months general banking experience preferred.
• Typically the employee may sit to perform the work. However, there may be some standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

• Process loan transactions (payments, payoffs, reversals etc.)

• Perform quality control reviews on all systems
• Review loan reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Loan compliance reviews
• Meet customer service level agreements to the branches
