Job summary

Mabrey Bank in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Loan Assistant to support Lending Officers and oversee the loan process from start to close. You will act as a liaison between clients, officers, and the Credit Administration team, ensuring timely collection of documents and accuracy.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong PC skills, and at least three years of banking experience. You will perform admin duties, pull credit reports, handle insurance and title work, and keep Lending

Qualifications

• Proficient use of a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained in a timely manner and loans are accurate and compliant.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties such as pulling credit reports, completing requests for insurance, title work, and building new customer profiles on the system.
• Review and sort loan documents for closings such as preparing disbursement, completing loan checklists, and imaging loan packets.
• Provide designated Lending Officers with regular updates on the status of new loans and customer needs.
