Lincoln Federal Savings Bank in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Loan Administration Associate to handle administrative tasks for loan accounts, process payments, board new loans, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will communicate with borrowers, maintain records, monitor delinquencies, and collaborate with underwriting and customer service to resolve issues; attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Mortgage and Consumer Loan preferred.
• Prior banking experience preferred.
• Strong numerical data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Process loan payments and payoffs, including posting and reconciling transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of loan accounts and update information as needed.
• Upload and board loans to our Core system after loan closing.
• Create and monitor insurance and real estate escrow payments.
• Communicate with borrowers regarding payment inquiries, account updates, and documentation requests.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate collection activities.
• Prepare and distribute loan-related correspondence, such as loan application documents, statements, and notices.
• Assist with the preparation of loan documents and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and customer service, to resolve borrower issues.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support the loan administration team.
