Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers with pre-qualification reviews, loan application processing, and ongoing pipeline management to ensure timely and accurate loan progression.
• Gather and organize financial and personal information for borrowers to complete loan applications.
• Support loan officers in all aspects of their social media marketing and business development.
• Review applicant information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain communication with borrowers to provide updates on their application status and answer any questions they may have.
• Arrange appointments for loan officers and borrowers as needed.
• Verify all required documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Enter borrower information into loan processing systems accurately.
• Keep detailed records of borrower information, application status, and communication history.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.
• Support efforts to grow the business by identifying new clients and opportunities.
• Research market trends and competitors to support planning and strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
