• Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow established procedures.
• Communicates clearly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality and using tact and discretion

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine servicing inquiries from internal and external customers in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Researches routine payment questions, transaction activity, payoff requests, escrow inquiries, and general account questions.
• Assists with routine system error resolution, account maintenance, and servicing research.
• Protects the bank's assets and maintains the confidentiality of customer information.
• Routes complex or out-of-scope issues to appropriate associates, departments, or supervisors
