WhiteCap Search is seeking a Director of Operations for a leading private real estate firm in New York. You will oversee CRE loan operations, manage an offshore team, and coordinate book, settlement and reconciliation processes.

This role requires 4+ years in CRE loan operations and strong Excel skills. You will work to ensure accurate cash movements and timely reconciliations within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Private Commercial Real Estate Loan Operations.
• Excel skills.
• Experience in trade booking, funding, settlement, position management, cash movements, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting Commercial Real Estate loans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial real estate loan operations, including loan CLO and repossettlement activities.
• Book transactions, assist with maintaining positions, cash activity, and security master data.
• Investigate and resolve transaction, settlement, and reconciliation breaks.
• Prepare, review, and approve reconciliations.
• Oversee an offshore team.
