Qualifications

• 5+ years of loan operations experience including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with commercial & mortgage lending products and servicing.
• Strong knowledge of loan operations procedures and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with LOS/loan systems such as FIS, LaserPro, OnBase or Abrigo preferred.

The Loan Operations Assistant Manager oversees daily loan servicing activities, supports staff development, ensures workflow efficiency, and partners with departments across the organization to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant loan processing and reporting.

Key Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of loan operations experience (commercial & mortgage lending), including 2+ years in a supervisory role is required.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, mortgage, and commercial loan products and servicing.
• Understanding of loan operations procedures, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with systems such as FIS, LaserPro, OnBase, or Abrigo preferred.
