NBH Bank is seeking a Relationship Assistant in Dallas to support Relationship Officers and Banking Center leadership in achieving loan production and portfolio goals. The role coordinates loan processing, prepares files for closing, and ensures documents meet bank requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with title companies, reviewing settlements, monitoring pipelines, and processing post-close items with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan process phases and prepare loan files for closing.
• Review loan documents and settlement statements for compliance with credit structures.
• Coordinate with title companies for reports, endorsements, recordings, searches and title instruction letters.
• Order, review, and process business organizational documents.
• Monitor loan pipelines and post-close items; maintain accurate loan records and reporting.
