• Review loan files for completeness and compliance with lending requirements.
• Provide timely customer service and status updates to applicants.
• Assist with scheduling and follow-up for the lender.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy and data security policies.
• Assist with general administrative duties and special projects as needed.
