You will work in a collaborative team, manage a shared mailbox, and participate in rotating duties to ensure operational efficiency. The role emphasizes accurate reconciliations, timely invoicing, and maintaining financial records according to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; 3+ years experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting concepts.
• Experience with reconciliations, invoicing, and general ledger processes.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile loan and accounting transactions across CLLO portfolios using ACBS and Fusion/ERP systems.
• Perform daily reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate customer billing and distribution on schedule.
• Adhere to SLAs with morning or end-of-day deadlines.
• Investigate variances and support documentation and records.
