Job summary

PNC, based in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks an Accounting Coordinator to support daily loan reconciliation and invoicing across Commercial Lending Loan Operations (CLLO). You will work in a collaborative team, manage a centralized mailbox, and help maintain accurate financial records while meeting SLAs.

Core hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 am ET – 4:30 pm ET. This role may be eligible for remote work in select locations with approval, and occasional in-office participation may be required based on

Qualifications

Experience with reconciliation and financial postings in a corporate setting.
Strong grasp of GAAP and financial reporting processes.
Ability to research, resolve variances, and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

Reconcile loan and accounting transactions across CLLO portfolios.
Perform daily reconciliations between systems and general ledger.
Process invoices and ensure accurate customer billing.
Monitor work queues and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Adhere to SLAs with morning and end-of-day deadlines.
Collaborate in daily team huddles and rotate duties for coverage.
Maintain documentation per departmental policies.
