Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA, within Commercial Lending Operations. The role involves reviewing loan documents for credit approvals, ensuring documents are received and correctly executed, and handling collateral filings (mortgages, vehicle titles, UCCs, life insurance).

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm EST. The candidate should have an Associates degree with 3+ years’ experience in loan documentation and related compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with loan documentation and collateral review preferred.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Executes varied transactions/processes using standard procedures; may handle large, complex and sensitive accounts or portfolio.
• Processes and reconciles varied and moderately complex transactions; partners with internal/external teams to route documents and action items; identifies and resolves exceptions.
• Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Provides responses and documentation to inquiries; completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received.
• Reviews transactions and related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to policies and service levels.
