Job summary

MidCountry Bank seeks a senior leader for Loan Operations to oversee the end-to-end servicing, booking, documentation, reporting, and QA reviews. You will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with stakeholders to implement scalable, efficient processes.

You will mentor and manage staff, establish priorities, and recruit top talent while guiding projects through the PMO to successful implementation of new products affecting loan operations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in loan operations with at least 2 years of supervision.
• Preferred: 8-12 years in loan operations with experience in FISERV and LaserPro and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Loan Operations team and establish clear goals aligned to the bank's vision and mission.
• Champion the culture within the team and across the organization.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard talent; invest in coaching and development.
• Ensure timely and accurate servicing, booking, documentation, reporting, and QA reviews.
• Monitor system maintenance and provide production support; analyze quality trends for root causes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and bank policies; drive process improvements and cost savings.
