Banco Davivienda is seeking a Loan Operations Supervisor based in Miami to oversee documentation, funding, disbursements, and loan processing activities. The role drives operational excellence, maintains strong control execution, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with OFAC, BSA/AML, Reg E and other regulations.

The position also involves coaching the Loan Operations Specialist, processing loans and lines of credit, preparing LC documents, and handling SWIFT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of U.S. banking operations experience supervising loan operations and letters of credit.
• Preferred regulatory experience: OFAC, BSA/AML, Reg E, USA Patriot Act, etc.
• Experience with Fedline/SWIFT and related services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the Loan Operations Specialist with clear goals and KPIs.
• Process loans, participations, lines of credit, payments, and renewals.
• Process letters of credit issuance and negotiations; prepare SWIFT messages.
• Review LC documents as first checker and ensure accurate negotiations.
• Maintain compliance with OFAC, BSA/AML, Reg E and other applicable regulations.
