Bank of America is hiring for a loan documentation specialist to prepare, review, and validate loan documents ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will independently research questions, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with line of business partners, vendors, and legal counsel to deliver world-class documentation.

Responsibilities include timely delivery, quality assurance, and contributing to process improvements while supporting training and quality reviews within a fast-paced banking

Qualificações

• Experience interpreting procedures and applying loan-related requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on quality and reducing rework.
• Ability to research and resolve documentation issues independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Escalate complex or high-risk matters through appropriate channels.
• Support meetings, training, audits, and process improvements.
• Maintain awareness of procedures and update daily work accordingly.
