Job summary

United Community seeks a detail-oriented Loan Operations Analyst to support reporting, data management, and operational insights across Loan Operations. The role focuses on analyzing large data sets, developing reporting solutions, and ensuring data quality.

You will partner with Loan Operations leadership and the Chief Data Office to deliver data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, support audits, regulatory reviews, mergers and conversions, and compliance programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of analytical experience in Financial Services or loans preferred.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, SQL, and analytics tools.
Ability to liaise with IT and senior management.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
Knowledge of data quality standards.

Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends and drivers.
Design and develop reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and implement reporting solutions.
Interpret data visualizations and present insights to senior leaders.
