Job summary

Farmers Bank of Willards in Willards, Maryland, seeks a Loan Coordinator I to coordinate processing of commercial, consumer, agricultural, residential, and specialty loans from application through closing. You will prepare and review loan documentation, ensure compliance with bank policies, and support lenders and borrowers with timely, accurate service.

You will work with third‑party vendors, order appraisals and reports, and maintain organized loan files while upholding regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in loan operations, loan processing, loan documentation, credit administration, or related banking functions.
• Community banking experience preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial lending activities strongly preferred.
• Experience with loan origination, servicing, and documentation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processing of loan requests from application through closing.
• Prepare, review, and verify loan documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Order and track appraisals, title work, and other due diligence documents.
• Maintain organized loan files and ensure required documentation is obtained prior to closing.
• Provide administrative, technical, and operational support to lenders.
