Qualifications

• 1 year experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong professional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitors and invoices Letter of Credit annual renewals.
• Maintains records of borrowers' financial statements and covenants.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly reports.
• Ensures loan servicing and documentation comply with regulations and internal policies.
• Responds to customer inquiries to support portfolio management.
