Foresight Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist I to support daily loan maintenance for commercial and consumer accounts in a fast-paced banking environment. You will perform servicing tasks, process transactions, and ensure accuracy across multiple loan types.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years banking experience; 1-2 years Loan Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine loan maintenance and servicing functions for commercial and consumer loan accounts.
• Process customer requests including initiating and waiving fees, fixing bills, researching payments, reversing payments, and ordering coupon books.
• Set up and maintain ACH and AFT transactions and process ACH/NSF returns.
• Process outgoing wires for advances on loans.
• Process loan payoffs not requiring escrow; create payoff letters and assist with related maintenance.
• Complete UCC searches and file UCC financing statements.
• File new notes, pull paid notes, and release titles for the Rockford market.
• Record consumer mortgage documents and prepare mortgage releases.
• Conduct consumer loan reviews and assist with loan documentation maintenance.
• Process appraisal invoices and maintain supporting records.
• Generate and distribute ELT title notifications.
• Freeze maturing HELOCs per policy.
• Complete monthly reporting functions, including VSI reporting.
