Community Resource Bank in Northfield, MN seeks a Loan Operations Specialist to process consumer and commercial loans, board loans in the FISERV system, and provide responsive customer service.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork. This full-time, Monday–Friday position offers competitive pay ($23.50–$30.00/hour) and a benefits package including health, dental, life, disability, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Recent Banking Experience Preferred.
• 1-2 Years of Experience in a Bank Loan Operations Department a Plus.
• Strong Organization & Analytical Skills.
• Attention to Detail & Accuracy.
• Ability to Prioritize Tasks & Projects.
• Ability to Work Independently & as a Team Player.

Responsibilities

• Complete file maintenance on loan related accounts.
• Conduct research related to loans.
• Handle all loan related questions and requests.
• Board Loans on the FISERV system and process initial activation transactions.
• Scan and index loan files.
• Review Daily Reports and Process Participations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
