Job summary

Advia Credit Union is seeking a Loan Officer to proactively identify financial solutions for members, via in-person and proactive calls. You will cross-sell products, counsel on money matters, and manage lending and new accounts with a strong focus on exceptional service.

The role includes a bilingual premium (Spanish) and a supportive benefits package, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing credit union serving nearly 200,000 members.

Qualifications

• Experience in goal-driven environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills; courtesy and tact are essential.
• Proven ability to interact with members in person and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Interview members in person and by phone; identify needs and cross-sell services.
• Counsel members on money management and lending decisions.
• Perform lending functions including HELOC and business lending.
• Build and manage a book of business and a proactive pipeline.
• Handle new account processes and documentation.
• Cross-sell electronic services and assist with e-statement setup.
• Maintain policy compliance and stay informed on banking trends.
